Unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations, significantly impacting our 訂房網站. Despite a prior request for a late check-in and twin beds, the room was not ready upon our arrival. To make matters worse, the room assigned to us appeared to have been unused for several days, if not weeks. The condition of the room was unacceptable. We noticed spider webs, excessive dust, and hair on the floors, indicating a lack of proper cleaning. The mattresses were in poor condition, emitting a foul odor, and were not properly made. The flooring was broken, the ceiling had leakage issues, and there were visible signs of water seepage. The bathroom was equally disappointing, with broken tiles, loose taps, and visible saltwater stains on the shower and sink, making it look dirty and unhygienic. The overall stench in the room was unbearable. Upon complaining, the staff admitted that the room was mistakenly allocated as it was not in use. They assigned us a second room, but it was in a similarly poor state and did not meet basic standards of cleanliness or comfort. Additionally, while the hotel does not have a kitchen, breakfast is offered. However, it was outsourced and the same meal was served for two consecutive days, which was underwhelming and lacked variety. This experience was highly disappointing and fell far short of the standards expected from your establishment. I hope this feedback helps you address these issues to ensure a better experience for future guests

It was a temporary stay for catching flight from t3. There was loud music blowing from restaurant in the hotel for the entire night. So we couldn’t sleep for a minute.

Everything was good. Rooms and toilets were clean and hygienic. All the necessary amenities were present in the room. The aura of the place was good. But the food of the hotel was pathetic and extremely over priced

Some of the rooms have water leaking into it during rains. And the club is right above the rooms so there is that. But overall service is good and the staff are friendly.

It was a pathetic experiment at this property, washroom was so smelly, rooms were so old and damaged that rain water was coming inside the room, This property was not maintained from last 3-4 years and its a utter waste of money if you stay at this hotel.

I have booked this property after a glance at reviews, and surprisingly, it was not at all up to the expectations. The interiors were stinging, and bedsheets were very old and had full stains. All they could provide is electric kettle, and there were no tea or coffee sachets as complimentary. They don't have wifi access, but when promoted, they did provide one. In these peak winters, there is no centralised heating system, nor could they provide heaters either. There were many other things, but i want to restrict myself by rating 1 star.

Make my 訂房網站 has collected from my side 3500/ but make my 訂房網站 have submitted 3300/ to hotel. Why such a wrong things happen here. As par cost hotel service also bad. I totally disagree with make my 訂房網站 way of dealing.
